About Mark

Mark founded Agility Finance to give growing companies senior financial leadership without a full-time CFO hire. He holds an MBA from DePaul University (dual concentrations in Finance and Strategy, Execution and Valuation) and works with owners, CEOs, and boards who have outgrown bookkeeping but don’t need a full-time finance team.

He has managed businesses from $2 million to $400 million in revenue across medical device, financial services, e-commerce, real estate, SaaS, and family office. He also led executive analytics for two $1 billion+ organizations and built data models and dashboards used by 1,000+ people.

How he helps

Mark sits between the bookkeeper and the tax accountant. Typical work includes financial strategy, cash-flow and runway planning, investment and scenario analysis, fundraising and pitch-deck support, commission/compensation design, and executive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
